Mountain Warehouse

This project involved the construction of a two-level building for mixed-use commercial activities in the heart of the new Three Parks commercial area in Wanaka. Mountain Warehouse is the primary tenant, showcasing open plan wide span commercial space.

Building materials have been selected to reflect the alpine environment being a mixture of typical commercial and industrial options. These include cedar wall cladding, tight stack stone, rough edge brick and concrete panels.
